Apply Returns
Once the acceptance of an order is deliveredto the email address you provide to partofart.store, the products purchased are notreturnable unless damages are found. You may contact us about the returnthe damaged item within 10 days from the date you received it.
Please record the damage by photos andemail us at partofart@antalis.com.We will notify you of the status of your return as soon as we received andinspected the products. If eligible, we shall replace with a new item wheneverpossible. If the item is out of stock, your refund will be credited to theoriginal payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 workingdays to show on your account due to varying processing times between paymentproviders.
Goods must be unused, unopened and in thesame condition as you received it. Please include the followings: the originalpackaging, Part ofArt packaging (if applicable) and all otheraccessories etc.
Returns that do not meet our policy willnot be accepted. Coupon used at the purchase cannot be refunded or re-issued.
Each order only allows return once.
Any opened, used or products damaged bycustomer is neither refundable.
